"Outline View"

Does Abiword have any features for a convenient navigation in long documents such as the outline view in MS-Office?

I have read about a "Table of Contents"-Feature and that you can create it with the help of the stylist, but I do not know how. All my attempts failed, and I could not find any hints in the manual.
