    its hard to educate the user to use a better method. Most people find
    one way of doing things and wont change even if the solution is much better in
    the long run.

    Every now and then a few of us do try taking a serious look at usuability
    issues. Its quite hard to put aside your preconceptions, and even harder
    to criticise constructively.
