I've read that there is a way to get PDF file with hyperlinks even if
it's done via printing to PS - in some editors you can put in text
"print" fields with so-called PDFmark's. I've tried it under Windoze
and MSWord, but that workes only partially and was very time
consuming. Doing it via exporting to latex should be much better.
