Hi David,
Thanks for the suggestion and the kind words. We currently don't plan to
implement this feature for AbiWord 1.0, but it seems very reasonable to add
it for a subsequent release.
Having said that, we'd certainly be willing to incorporate such a patch
earlier than that if it showed up, so be sure to pester all your friends who
do know C to get them to help out. ;-)

PS: For the time being, you can always work around this by hitting the caps
lock key and changing the font size to mimic the look you want. I know it's
annoying, but it may be better than nothing.
