Actually, RedHat 6.0 *wants* you to use xfs, but it doesn't whack with
your XF86Config, so the local paths stay there and should still be used
by the X server. So that *shouldn't* break when you upgrade (no
guarantees, clearly), so I'm not sure that's a related problem...
