If you look in the mailing list archive, I posted a
large bunch of possible foreign language sites though
some may not be the right kind of site, it's a start.
There's nothing wrong with posting English messages
to most of these kind of sites either since they
usually have the same news as other sites anyway and
most computer geeks can at least read English.
But translations are even better (:
