FAQ: Why Do Squares Appear at the End of Lines?

There is a known bug in the 1.0.x series that causes squares to be appended to the end of lines that contain tabs. As this release series is now very obsolete, you should upgrade to 2.0 anyway.

The bug is in the bidirectional text code, and is fixed in 2.0.
