Suggestion: display unimplemented commands installations option

The best thing abotu AbiWord 0.7.1 is that it is simple, which means I can
give it to novice users who only need to produce simple documents. I have a
suggestion that would make AbiWord more useful to such users. (I have used
the binary of the Windows installer.)

I would like to see an installation option that would allow unimplemented
commands to be hidden, because the 'not implemented' messages get in the
way of actually using AbiWord.

A different version of this would be to make every feature optional at
installation time. I would like to be able to remove the Font dialogue and
list, for example. This would be more general and allow custom
installations of AbiWord with restricted feature sets.

The first use I have in mind is for novice users to write content that I
will convert to HTML that conforms to the house HTML style guide - where
certain mark-up is not permitted. AbiWord is the best tool I have seen so
far for this.
