It looks like you've somehow gotten AbiWord installed in a strange way.
Uninstall it, remove all c:\program files\abisuite or abisuite2
folders, then install again. (2.6.4 is available) The help option
should pop open a web browser pointed to the index.html file in the
abisuite2/help or abisuite2/abiword/help directory (don't remember which
offhand)
