The Windows version of AbiWord does not have print preview because it
is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) application, so a print
preview can be replicated by choosing Zoom to Whole Page - this is
generally fairly accurate. Alan's technique of PDFCreator is a bit more
cumbersome but useful in some situations.
