abiword print to postscript command line

Hi

I installed the latest AbiWord download onto my Fedora 5. I tested the
application with a graphics embedded WORD file. All works out great,
namely, I can print directly with almost perfect output with no distortion
to the graphics in the word file.

Then, I tried again by printing first to a "Generic PostScript printer" (the
one you can select from the "print" command within Abiword and saved
the result in a ".ps" file. Again, "lpr" the ".ps" file works perfect.

Next, I tried using command line "abiword myfile.abw --print=myoutput.ps".
Then, "lpr myoutput.ps" to the same printer. The end result is all
graphics are distorted (slanted and wrapped around) but leaving the text
portion OK.

When I viewed the file myoutput.ps, the first line is "PS-Adobe-2.0",
whereas
if I generate the file from within Abiword, the first line reads
"PS-Adode-3.0".

Any gurus out there who can help and enlighten me with what is wrong.

Many many thanks in advance.

Regards
Frank
