This is Bug 7367 (http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7367)
and is a little harder to implement than that because a good solution
should take into account the user's locale before installing the
template (rather than just defaulting to A4). Thanks for posting
instructions, though; I'll point users to this post if they have an
interest in doing this before the feature is implemented.
