Can AbiWord show line and column numbers?

I've seen comments about a "Show line numbers" option under preferences,
but I haven't got any "Show" prefs in my v2.4.1.
Does anyone have the option to show line and column numbers in abiword,
and if so, what is the version please?
(... and if you happen to know where to download a deb!)
