Printing diffuclty with FreeBSD

Hi Everyone. I apologize beforehand if this question has come up
before, but I am new to Abiword. I have the program installed on a
FreeBSD machine, and am unable to print. The same printers that I
installed for use with KWord show up as printers in Abiword, but when I
try to print with them the only thing that happens is that the paper
cycles through the printer, but no printing takes place.

I like this word processor better than anything else that I am using
with FreeBSD, and I would very much like to get it up and running correctly.
