There are two possible meanings to this question.

If when you say dictionary you are talking about the list of words you
have added to the spellchecker (Add/Learn or suchlike in the spellchecking
dialog) you can probably copy this 'word list' and use it with abiword.
This file is usually called "custom.dic", so try searching your
userprofile for files of the pattern *.dic.
(I cannot remember where exactly you put the custom.dic so that abiword
can find it, if this is really the question you were asking I will try and
find out).

However you definately will not be able to use the built in dictionaries
from Microsoft with Abiword, which is the question Dom has already
answered.
