How do I download/install Abiword on an EMac?

1. The Abiword download page lists Microsoft, and various kinds of
Linux.
       It does not list a download for EMac OSX.
       Which download option should I use for Mac OSX?

2. Do I need anything else in addition to Mac OSX to run Abiword?
