Does Abiword have a plug-in for Index Entries? I am trying to find a
way of having hyperlinks from an index to pages or bookmarked text in a
book. Word seems not to support this. It is possible to add hyperlinks
to index entries but these are lost every time the index is refreshed
(updated) with F9.
