Help with Hebrew keyboard

Using the keyboard Hebrew ASDF I cannot find the keys for mem-sofit
and tsadey-sofit.
Can someone help ?

My system: Abiword version 2.0.12 on Windows 98

I don't remember where I downloaded it from - definitely not from
Abiword.org, which does not appear to offer a Windows-ready version.
