There are several ways of doing this and it has been considered and
attempted before but none of the current developers (myself included)
has the time to implement a convenient generic instrumented build frame
for windows right now. Unfortunately we're all volunteers with little
spare time and TODO lists longer than our memoirs.
There are various ways of getting debug information out of special
builds of abiword on windows but it can be very non-trivial for
non-developers.
In the mean time, the best way to submit crash info is to do so manually
at http://bugzilla.abisource.com/ with as many details and testcases as
possible.
Thanks for your suggestion
