Well I guess the easiest way is to just set up a 3 x 8 table. Drag the
horizontal lines to the places you want, drag the vertical lines to the
places you want and fill in each cell the text/image content you want.

The horizontal and left rulers should be good guides as to where you want
each line to go.

When you drag a horizontal table line you actually set the minimum height
of the table row.

When you're happy with the placement fire up the format table dialog and
turn off drawing all the lines of the table.
