PDF export plugin in Windows

I just installed AbiWord 2.09 as well as all the Import/Export Plug ins
and the Tools Plugins. I downloaded the three installers from
abisource.com. My problem is that I can not find the PDF export
plugin. Am I just looking over it or has it been omitted in the Windows
version? I am running Win XP. The AbiWord Plugin Matrix page shows:

pdf ++ ++ * Export Adobe pdf files?
