Hi Ted,
You just need a sane Linux distribution. If you want to build CVS
HEAD it's really easy.
1. Install Fedora core 1.
2. follow the instructions on the developer web page for how to use CVS and
install all the modules.
3. type ./autogen.sh in the abi directory.
4. ./configure --prefix=/path/to/my/AbiWord/binary --enable-debug
--enable-gnome
(for a debug build with the gnome libaries)
5. make
6 make install
Your problem is that managed to get both glib-2.0 and glib-2.2 installed
in different locations in your directory structure.
