abi-gtk in osx

    I've just built abiword 1.99.2 in osx 10.2. Everything looks fine
    except one thing. I can't get the macosx system fonts working in
    abiword. I need an unicode font like lucida grande in order to type
    ancient greek texts.

    Any hints?
