    While 2.0.2 is working well for me, I have discovered that the top
    margin is about 1/2 inch smaller than what the setup indicates. In other
    words, to get the top margin to print at 1 inch, I have to "fool" setup
    by giving it a value of about 1.5 inches.

    I looked for reports of this for 2.0.2 on bugzilla, but found nothing,
    perhaps because of my inexperience with bug reports, finding and making.
    Is there something I can do to fix this problem? Should I report it?
