Not only Abiword, but Gnumeric, and Konsole is odd too. It is part of KDE,
which is built on Qt.
Here are screenshots, I put this all in an email to Red Hat, 'cause it sure
looks like a Red hat issue:

Try printing a man page, it comes out total gobbledegook.
