I don't know what you've been smoking, but Dom's reply *was* public. And
it was also very much a sensible reply for something like your original
whinging mail. Had you asked more politely, you'd probably got the
answer without the venting....
And you *did* notice the answer to your problem at the bottom of Dom's
mail, right?
