This sounds wonderful! As it is now, I suspect that many new (especially
Windows) non-US users just give up when confronted with the present
information. (As I mentioned, a simple well placed link would do wonders....)
When there are ready-to-use packages available now Windows users are
referred to "Once the dictionaries are downloaded, you can follow the
directions at http://fmg-www.cs.ucla.edu/geoff/ispell-winnt.html to build
the hash file. " etc.
