I have spanish settings all around (menus, windows and all this), and I would like to have "Capítulo 1" iinstead of "Chapter 1" when I select "Chapter Heading 1" or at least to have a custom header with this default. Is this possible in any way?

Here are instructions for how to create a new "Chapter" like style:
1) Format->Style dialog
2) Create a new style, based on "Chapter Heading" and followed by
"Normal". Name it "Capítulo Heading"
3) Change the Numbering and make the "list delimiter" part say "Capitulo
%L" instead of "Chapter %L"
All done :)
A little bit of work, I'll grant, but nothing outrageous. It took me
about 15 seconds. Attached is a sample document with this done.
