Hi,
I've recently compiled Abiword-0.9.5 via the Redhat rawhide testing
SRPMS, and while the compilation succeeds without error I get this error
on startup:
# export ABISUITE_HOME=/usr/share/AbiSuite
#./AbiWord_d
* [complains about needing fonts because I'm running a font server]
* [throws up splash screen]
Aborted [this is the only error output from AbiWord]
# ldd ./AbiWord_d

I've also compiled 0.9.6.1 from straight source tarballs with the same
result. The machine is a basterdized combination of Redhat 7.2 and
several gnome SRPMS from rawhide which include later Gnome 1.4 and some
new gnome-2.0 alpha libs -- all taken from rawhide (which BTW: install the
gnome2 libs and headers down separate trees to keep them distict). At this
point I'm begining to think that one of the libraries it's linked against
is causing the problem, but I'm hoping that someone here may have seen
this as well and can offer advice.
Thanks!
