I just wanted to give a hearty, verbal hug to everyone who has
contributed (and shall continue to contribute) to AbiWord. I've been
using AbiWord and lurking on the abiword-users mail list for at least 2
years now, and have always been pleased with the prog. Just installed
.9.6 on both my creaky old Win98 machine and my brand spanking new iBook
(thanks to xfree86 XDarwin), and must say that this is not only the best
release yet, functionality-wise (finally fully usurping That Program
Which Shall Remain Nameless for all my composition needs), but is also
the most attractive (well, it's a little homely under OSX, but that
seems to be more the fault of XDarwin than anything else.)
At any rate, everyone, you have my vast and everexpanding respect and
gratitude. Thank you.
