I've installed Abiword and these files (albeit un-tar'd)
cyr_fonts00.tar.gz,
cyr_fonts01.tar.gz, cyr_fonts02.tar.gz,
cyr_fonts03.tar.gz, cyr_fonts04.tar.gz ) .
They and their associated afm file are in /usr/share/AbiWord/fonts,
along with their fonts.dir file.
When I start AbiWord, the font selection window on the main toolbar
shows three 1251 fonts available, but nothing else - and when I type,
only English(Latin) glyphs show - as if I hadn't installed the Cyrillic
fonts. (The "Set Language" menu being set to "Russian".
Is there anyone else who has successfully installed Cyrillic support on
Mandrake Linux?
Russ
