Well, if I would like to retain english menus in abiword I should probably
export LC_CTYPE for the entire system, because doing it for abi only make
no change. I takes no sense for me to keep english menus in abi, there
more so that in other apps I need polish menus due to shortcuts
keybindings.

LANG="pl_PL" is my system env. Actualy I'm using both polish keyboards
Xmodmap for apps which prefer old bindings, eg. LyX, and Xkb map for
others. This makes me feel quite mobil. I use mostly fvwm2 window
manager.

Yes, it works very well. Who would think it's so simple, I learnt it just
a while before from Witold Skrzynski. This is in a high contrast to what
is said on this matter in the original abiword docs, where non latin1
font configurations are overcomplicated and overshedowed.
Now I'm using original abi type1 fonts, but I have also a second "package"
of ttf fonts ready to use. Here are few handy and funny fonts, like
Gazelle handwriting or Moulin Rouge which I like to use sometimes in
private etters.

As far there were no needs for me to export abi docs to RTF, so I did not
experienced such dammed things. I use an old HP LaserJet4L for printing,
made few test and prints look OK.
What is followed below is, as far as I'm concerned, a wonderful piece of
computer commands and science. I feel myself in this field like a blind
child who needs to be led by hands, realy.

Well, up to this place everything is simple, I did it before. But what
follows is a black night with a small circle of moon's spotlight only.

I know what is ttmkfdir, but used it with a simple option "-o" or ">"
only. What you're doing here is a black magic in the night. I do not
understand what is all about. What means here "tail +2", or "wc -l". I
can only see the final sens of what have been done. Please explain
shortly.

What "pipa" means in english (or latines) I don't know. But you probably
also don't know what it means in polish, do you? Here are few polish
synonims of the pipa: dama, babka, cipa, ciota, diablica, ksantypa,
anielica, krasawica, paniusia, klaczka, miss, madonna, damulka, prukwa,
babsko, zgaga, szantrapa, suka, raszpla, larwa and so on. There are
hundreds more. All of them create a wide palette of colors for one
rainbow: KOBIETA : WOMAN : MY LOVE.

Fatalnie, J. I want to help you exporting RTF, but do not know how can do
it. I'm shure that finaly you'll get it or maybe there is some one who
knows it, will come in here and show the right door for exporting.
