AbiWord users don't have the same requirements - why should you decide
what feature set is required? :)

There is a grammar checker in the works. It may even be included in
1.0 for all I know. We'll see.
And FWIW, it's being implemented as a plugin, so it's only add bloat
for those people who wants to use it.
