The command line arguements are being reorganised and standardised, a
slightly older version might be more reliable for this particular feature.
Are you sure that your document is not just failing to convert, rather
than it specifically being a problem with the command line arg's?.
Hopefully one of the developers will specfically address your problem
more adequately.
A simple shell script with a for-loop should do the job assuming you want
ot convert all the documents to the same type, but im crap at shell
scripting so i cant help you there either.
It should only be a few lines tho'

There are nightly builds available for testing purposes which you can use
at your own risk
http://www.abisource.com/~sam/nightly/latest
or you can get the source and build your own.
But i expect that 0.9.5 will be out in a few weeks time or sooner.
