Martin, and all:
Many have responded to this, to them I say thanks.
Christian has offered to make Gnome enabled Debian packages, I will test
installation and test the packages.
Hub pointed out that Debian Unstable (Sid) has a recent Abiword .deb.
Mike Johnson has expressed an interest in helping the Debian packager witht
he packaging.
I understand the need for testers.
I realize that this is a volunteer effort, and that many of you are doing
for us for free what you do professionally , and I for one APPRECIATE that.
Thank you.
David
