No, and it isn't a priority. It is possible to do all sorts of things if
you edit that file by hand. It is also possible to mess your installation
up completely. Thus, I'm not planning to encourage editing it directly in
the documentation. (There probably will be a file eventually, just as there
will be a file explaining the AbiWord file format and how to edit that in a
text editor. However, I don't think that will appear for 1.0.x.)
