Hi Anna,
There is a but it is kinfd of clunky. Do this.
Place a tab marker at the start of where you want the line to go (just
click in the top ruler at the left position you want to strat the line.)
Then place a tab marker on the right side by clicking in the top ruler
again.
Move the cursor to left tab location, Select (Top, bot, strikethrough,
underline or overline depending on where you want the line to go along the
line. The press tab. Bingo you have a line across you document.
You can move the left and right marker by dragging the left and right
tab marks in the top ruler.
