This script that others have mentioned might not be part of the FreeBSD
packages. The FreeBSD installers were contributed by Ming-I
Hsieh <mihs@wm28.csie.ncu.edu.tw>, and may act differently than the
other Unix installers.

The script does two simple things. It sets the environment variable
ABISUITE_HOME to point to where AbiSuite was installed (usually
"/usr/local/AbiSuite"). It also adds a font path to your X server
for this session (through "xset fp+ /usr/local/AbiSuite/fonts").
If you do these in your shell, you should be able to run the executable
without problems.
