M wv/Makefile.abi
In Caolan's checkin this morning, he mentioned that he added a new file to
his Makefile.in, and that people building libwv directly would need to rerun
configure.
The abi builds use a separate makefile, which needed the matching change.
Most link failures when building wv for abi are usually of this type, and
are quite easily fixed.
Synchronizing Makefile.in and Makefile.abi is a minor pain, but somebody's
gotta do it. :-)
