wv 0.5.40 is at the usual places. Biggest modification in this
version is that it can now find when word 6 and 7 docs are using
unicode characters rather than 8 bit chars. This should sort out a
load of older (asian in particular) documents. I also have addressed
about half of the issues in the wvHtml BugList submissions at
http://www.csn.ul.ie/~caolan/wvWare/wvBugListing.html
