Rebuilding the impexp and ptbl trees would be a good idea.
NOTE: This logic *only* applies to XML attribute names as stored in the
document's piece table. It does *not* apply to property names, which remain
case-sensitive. Likewise, it does *not* affect the preferences and strings
files, which also remain case-sensitive.
