Actually the change Simon brought in (r30739) was not adapted for the
windows installer. I discovered that yesterday while doing the windows
build which shot up an error as it is still configured to use the
strings from user/wp/strings. Marc & I discussed about this a bit
yesterday on irc, and we didn't really see an easy way to generate
them on the fly on windows but if you or someone else has an idea to
implement this or the perl scripts during the windows build please go
ahead and make the necessary changes.
