Building under Windows with VC++ express 2008: missing file?

Hi,
After some corrections to VS projects, I am incrementally trying to
build AbiWord.
This error stopped me for continuing, I believe someone forgot to add
the file to SVN:
..\..\src\wp\impexp\xp\ie_exp_MsWord_97.cpp(269) : fatal error C1083:
Cannot open include file: 'wvexporter.h': No such file or directory
Tried after svn up of course.
