My first patch

Hello. I have finally made my first contribute to AbiWord!

I don't know about how we do things around here in regards to sending
source code, so I'll just give you the patch:

This patch fixes bug 285 (http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?
id=285), which does the yes to all button. Only this one does it
differently: it first asks you whether or not you want to review your
changes.

Someone once added a feature which asked whether or not you wanted to
review changes or not. However, a set of #if clauses prevented this
from being run, and thus the bug report. I removed the #if
statements, thus fixing the bug.
