Request for Assistance - Dialog Issues

Hey folks!

I'm working right now on getting the dialogs set for AbiCollab on
Windows, among other things. I've hit a bit of a road block, due to
some mysterious behavior in the dialog factory. The constructor in my
dialog implementation is never actually getting called, (though the xp
part is getting a fine dialog id: 1020-1023), and rather than displaying
my dialog or even nothing when choosing the Collaboration Accounts menu
option, I'm getting the Change Case dialog to show up. It's not
functional, but it's also awfully confused, since I'd expect that if my
implementation wasn't complete, I'd just get nothing, along with my
debug message in the constructor.

My latest code is in SVN. If someone with more experience than me with
Win32, dialogs, or both would care to comment and perhaps point me in a
more productive debugging direction, that would be great. Thanks so much!

Ryan
