Thanks for that, Tomeu!
Please let's keep this sort of stuff on abiword-dev instead of having
those big To: lines. If you are not already subscribed, it's usually
rather low volume.

Hi all,
I gave a try today for using the new abiword python bindings and this is
the result.
First tried to use Martin's abicandy file, but I don't know almost
anything about glade and didn't succeed in making it work correctly.
So I went the same way as xbook and the browser and coded the ui by
hand, most of it is in toolbar.py.
I don't have any technical argument for using glade or not, but I
personally like more to express the ui in pygtk.
But a more important reason to use pygtk instead of glade is that I
think the children who wish to add a button, for example, will find
easier to modify toolbar.py than a glade xml file (or launching an
unsugarized glade).
So, here is a patch for abiword-olpc and another for sugar-jhbuild for
building the new abiword and the python bindings.
Marco, I think we'll need icons in anyway, could you ask Eben?
Thanks,
Tomeu
