I tested out the patch a bit and I only noticed one minor issue. To
reproduce:

- Resize the window so the horizontal scrollbar is needed
- Resize the window again to remove the horizontal scrollbar and notice
that the vertical scrollbar's bottom arrow is unrefreshed
