Hi,
It's a very long time since I (or anyone else) tried to use the libtidy 
option so I'm not shocked it's broken. It could probably be disabled 
without causing problems for anyone.
Why do you want it? If you are building with libxml2 then you will be 
able to use libxml2's html import support and libtidy is unnecessary.
