link-grammar

Hi.

I was wondering if the Win32 guys would mind trying
out link-grammar, both by itself and as an Abi plugin,
if possible.

I've made a lot of changes that might break the build
or otherwise affect functionality. The library should
be fully relocatable on win32 now, for instance. But I
don't have the ability to compile or test it at the
moment.

Any info, patches, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
I'd like to make a new release soonish (it fixes a lot
of bugs that eg. Debian has reported), but don't want
to do that until I know that things are kosher on
Win32 too.
