Be interesting to see what if anything comes out of that (and I'm still
not entirely sure what the IBM Workspaces version of OpenOffice.org is all
about).

The XUL bit didn't have much to do with it, essentially it was Mozilla
with embedded Abiword. The AbiXUL page on mozdev.org was never really
used.

I think it might have been merged back into abiword but I forget,
certainly they were kind enough to provide the code at some point. There
are various components which allow application embedding inside Mozilla
and Abiword is Bobono enabled. So if you are a developer with some time
to spare you should be able to figure out how to get it going again
without too much trouble.
